Vision systems

Extensive product range
State-of-the-art vision systems

We are expanding our range of modern vision systems, combining our experience in microscopy and measurement technology with solutions in the field of automation and image analysis. We work with a highly respected technology partner, enabling us to deliver complete systems tailored to individual needs – from simple inspection stations to advanced solutions integrating data acquisition, analysis and reporting.

We offer a wide range of ready-made systems that can be easily adapted to existing processes in the laboratory or on the production line. For more complex projects, we offer full support in developing a tailor-made solution – from concept and component selection to configuration, implementation and user training.

Our goal is to create systems that truly support quality control, testing and documentation processes. Thanks to our flexible approach and practical experience, we are able to deliver solutions that combine the precision of optics with the capabilities of modern software, ensuring the highest efficiency and reliability of operation.

Feel free to contact us – we will be happy to present options tailored to the specifics of your application and prepare a solution that meets your actual needs.

The project implementation process covers all stages – from initial contact and sample testing, through the preparation of technical and budget proposals, to system integration, staff training and post-implementation technical support.

Project implementation stages

    1. Initial contact and needs analysis – determining the scope of inspection, type of products, information about the process and any special requirements.
    2. Sample testing – laboratory testing to select the optimal solution (recommended).
    3. Test report and technical and budget proposal – includes test results, suggested configuration, ROI calculation and a list of open issues.
    4. Solution presentation – discussion of results and agreement on final technical specifications.
    5. Offer and budget approval – after confirmation of the scope, a full commercial offer is prepared.
    6. Order and project implementation – after signing the contract, the system integration and installation phase begins.
    7. Final testing and acceptance – functional verification (FAT), staff training, and system launch at the customer’s site.
