Standard solutions available on the market unfortunately do not provide answers to all the challenges faced by laboratory staff – they do not always allow for proper support or clamping of a specimen during metallographic sample preparation. In such cases, we offer our knowledge and experience in finding or designing a dedicated solution tailored to your needs.
Defining requirements
The first stage is always to fully understand your requirements, expectations, and the current issue with a given process step. During a meeting at your company, we would like to observe the process itself and discuss the sample preparation procedure.
At this stage, it is crucial to define the task – the final solution is usually not determined yet.
Concept development
Once the task is defined, we move on to preparing preliminary solution proposals. At this stage, we usually rely mainly on graphic designs and remote consultations. The approved concept then moves to the next stage.
Presentation of the proposal and quotation
Not everything can be discussed using drawings and visualizations. Many aspects may be overlooked if we cannot physically examine the element – therefore, the next step is to print the design. This approach helps identify many potential issues early on.
Only after presenting and reviewing the design do we move on to the quotation stage – this way we avoid major changes in the offer caused by sudden modifications of the concept or, for example, the material required to manufacture the product.
Production and delivery
With an approved design, we proceed to production. We work exclusively with top-quality companies to avoid unnecessary issues.
When delivering a holder or support, we also provide a complete set of accessories, so that the solution is ready for immediate use.
